Its masterplan features a conch shell-inspired auditorium, a clock tower-like library, and an eco-lake that supports net-zero water goals and fosters interaction. With passive design, solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and green buffers, BBB blends sustainability with cultural continuity, creating a model of community-driven, contextually rooted education.
