The masterplanning delivers an innovative layout combining an Integrated Cargo Terminal (ICT) with an adjacent Warehousing & Logistics Zone (IWLZ), enabling seamless road - to - air, air - to - road, and road - to - road connectivity. Purpose - built zones include dedicated spaces for perishables, pharmaceuticals (“Coolport”), express courier, bonded warehousing, 3PL facilities, transhipment operations, and streamlined trucking access.
