The Air India SATS (AISATS) Multi - Modal Cargo Hub at Noida International Airport (Jewar ), spanning approximately 80 acres, represents India’s largest integrated logistics facility, scheduled to commence operations by November 2024. The masterplanning delivers an innovative layout combining an Integrated Cargo Terminal (ICT) with an adjacent Warehousing & Logistics Zone (IWLZ), enabling seamless road - to - air, air - to - road, and road - to - road connectivity. Purpose - built zones include dedicated spaces for perishables, pharmaceuticals (“Coolport”), express courier, bonded warehousing, 3PL facilities, transhipment operations, and streamlined trucking access. Designed for high throughput — handling over 250,000 tonnes annually in its first phase — the facility integrates digital systems, cloud - based cargo management, and scalable infrastructure to support N orthern India’s industrial clusters and position Jewar as the next freight gateway for NCR and beyond
