Pine covered dense mountains surround the valley where The LaLiT Grand Palace Srinagar sits nestled in serenity, away from the chaos and hasty city life, overlooking the breathtaking Dal Lake. Originally built in 1910 for the royal family, it was readapted and renovated to accommodate 122 rooms including 16 suites and a host of guest facilities including a 9-hole golf course and a jogging track, over 4,000 square feet of banqueting space, conference facilities, a shopping arcade and a luxurious spa with an indoor swimming pool. The site is landscaped comprehensibly with an array of trees and plants, displaying a colorful palette of visuals in Summers while a blanket of white snow envelops the space in Winters.
