Housing

One of the first high-rise residential towers to emerge in Gurugram, the colorful apex of the Palms have helped the project to etch a mark in the City’s skyline, helping the searing residential towers to be spotted from distances afar. The height of the towers offers the best views to the residents to enjoy and which look far out to the Aravali range. With a compact site, the Architects planned each space meticulously, to the benefit of the residents. The approach also helped control the energy loss from each residence, contributing towards a green design solution. Acknowledging the proximity of the site to the highway, dense landscape within and around the site helps cushion the towers from the vehicular noise and movement. The residents are able to enjoy luxurious views of the distant landscapes while the protrusions on the façade ensures privacy between residences.
