Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI), Faridabad

Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is a highly anticipated campus expansion project on the busy Gurugram–Faridabad Highway. The primary planning objective is to initiate a building cluster for institutes such as THSTI, Regional Centre for Biotechnology, National Institute of Plant Genome Research, National Brain Research Centre and National Institute of Immunology. The project is designed as per the highest level of LEED and GRIHA certifications. The site planning is sensitive towards the organic water channels that exist on location. The building placements are configured in such a way that they do not disturb these existing water collection and movement paths. Alongside such precautions, the cluster will have a rainwater collection tank, as well as a sewage treatment plant to recycle water for slushing, irrigation and cooling needs.
