Parsvnath Prideasia, Chandigarh

Location: Chandigarh
Site Area: 125 Acres
Built Up Area: 3 million sq.ft.

The master plan of Chandigarh is the brainchild of legendary architect, Le Corbusier, which is marked by wide, tree lined avenues and quiet neighborhood sectors. Over the years however, Chandigarh has reinvented itself as it grows into one of the biggest and busiest cities in India. In such rapidly changing times, Prideasia seeks to reinterpret the way we live by giving residents a taste of being in the lap of luxury. The buildings in this township each have their own landscaped terrace. In addition to this, the lavish apartments themselves overlook a central green spine that runs throughout the site. This green belt is full of elegant landscape features such as a large retention pond, rivulets, plazas, gazebos, etc. The design aims to create a unity between the built and unbuilt varied spatial typologies.
