Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, New Delhi

This is one of the most prestigious projects carried out by this firm which has contributed highly to the imagining of the MRTS Network in New Delhi and its adjacent urban centres. The Project involved comprehensive conceptualization and designing Infrastructure for 22 Metro Stations which lie along the Yellow and Blue Lines of the Delhi Metro Rail Network. The Design for the Yellow Line constituted of a 4.1 kms. corridor with Stations like Delhi University, Old Secretariat, Civil Lines while that of 23 kmsalong the Blue Line involved works from Stations at Barakhamba Road to Dwarka. The Design of the Stations were done in the lines of Urban Planning and Design which stressed on creating Urban Public Spaces that would flow out from the Stations, over-ground or underground, and connect to Transport Exchanges, ISBTs or other existing Public Infrastructure of the City. The Project is designed in association with Kumagai(Japan), Maunsell(Australia), LPT (Malaysia), SAA (Singapore) and Systra(France).
